PITMAN—The College Sports Information Director of America announced on May 31 that five NJAC women’s cross country/track & field student-athletes have been named to the NCAA Division III Academic All-District 2 Team for the 2011-12 academic year. NJAC honorees include Michelle Favre from Rowan; Heather Gearity from Montclair State; Katie Nestor from TCNJ; Jena Peacock from Rowan; and Morgan Sinclair from Richard Stockton. As members of the Academic All-District Team, each honoree will now be under consideration for the CoSIDA Academic All-American Team.
