CANTON, NY--Rutgers-Newark's Mercedes Glover finished as the national runner-up in the javelin with a mark of 45.46 meters. Her performance represented the best national finish by a Scarlet Raider in the history of the school's track & field program. Glover was one of ten NJAC track & field student-athletes that garnered USTFCCCA All-American honors in the three-day NCAA Division III National Outdoor Championship meet which was hosted by St. Lawrence University on May 21-23.
